Looking to “Trade-for-Services?”
I offer a limited number of professional trade opportunities for licensed or experienced creatives whose work aligns with the Barber & Co. brand. These collaborations honor equal value and artistry on both sides — whether you’re a nail tech, stylist, or creative entrepreneur.
Approved trade partners receive the full Signature Portrait Package and Digital Gallery in exchange for a mutually agreed professional service. This offering mirrors the Signature Package and follows the Trade Policy Agreement terms.
Trade-for-Service Policy
I value collaboration with professionals who bring equal value, effort, and quality to the exchange. Trade sessions are treated with the same standards as paid bookings and require mutual respect, professionalism, and commitment.
Eligibility
Trade services are offered by invitation or consultation approval only.
Applicants must be licensed professionals or demonstrate a strong, reputable portfolio in their field.
Session Details
Trade sessions are equivalent to my Signature Portrait Session valued at $225, including:
- One-hour session
- Professional direction and styling support
- High-resolution gallery access upon completion of the trade
Completion Requirements
Both services must be booked and completed the same day
If the trade service cannot be completed on that day, you have 48 hours to fulfill the service
If the service is not fulfilled within the required timeframe:
Trade converts to a $225 session fee
A $25 per day late fee begins after 48 hours
Digital gallery will not be released until the trade service is completed or the balance is paid in full
Travel
Trade partners must be within 30 miles of San Antonio.
Travel beyond 30 miles will incur a $25 travel fee.
Professional Standards
By entering a trade agreement, you agree to:
Provide a professional-level service equal in value to the session
Show up prepared, on-time, and ready to deliver
Maintain clear and timely communication
Honor the scheduled date/time unless rescheduled within policy terms
Trade slots are limited each month and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Quality, reliability, and brand alignment are required for all partnerships.
Contract & Enforcement
All trade sessions require a signed agreement before booking.
If any unpaid balance reaches $500, the account may be referred to collections or legal handling. Please note that the balance does not need to reach this amount to be eligible for escalation.
By entering a trade with Barber & Co., you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.

HAIR SERVICES

I offer a limited number of trade opportunities for licensed hairstylists who provide services that align with my brand quality and needs.
Trade Value: $225
(Exchange for Signature Portrait Session + Digital Gallery)
Your Service Must Include (Choose One):
• Silk press & style
• Color retouch / gloss / toner
• Install / (wig, sew-in, etc.)
• Blowout + treatment
• Braids: Boho, Bora Bora, or Lemonade
Trade Requirements:
Proof of licensure or professional portfolio
Service must be booked & fulfilled same day as the photoshoot
If unable to fulfill service day-of, you have 48 hours to complete it
Failure to complete = trade converts to $225 session fee
$25/day late fee begins after 48 hours
Gallery access is not released until service is completed or balance paid
Travel:
• Hair service must be within 30 miles of San Antonio
(+ $25 travel fee beyond)

• 3D Art (or) Design
• French with tips
• Soft glam-nude/neutral set
Trade Requirements:

Service must be booked & fulfilled same day as the photoshoot
If unable to fulfill service day-of, you have 48 hours to complete it
