TRADE SERVICE POLICY

Kapture Haus values collaborations with professionals who bring equal value, effort, and quality to the exchange. Trade sessions are held to the same standards as paid bookings and require mutual respect, professionalism, and commitment.

ELIGIBILITY

Trade opportunities are available by invitation or consultation approval only.

Trade partners must operate professionally within their field and, where applicable, maintain any licenses or credentials required for the services they provide.

Applicants should demonstrate an established business presence, professional portfolio, or verifiable body of work.

SESSION DETAILS

Approved trade sessions are equivalent to the Kapture Haus Signature Portrait Session, valued at $225, and include:

• One-hour photography session

• Professional direction and posing assistance

• 50+ professionally edited images

• High-resolution digital gallery

• Download, print, and share rights

• One location

Additional services, extended session time, specialty locations, travel, rentals, or other upgrades are not automatically included in a trade agreement unless approved in writing.

EQUAL VALUE

Trade arrangements must provide comparable value to both parties.

If the value of the requested service exceeds the value of the Signature Portrait Session, additional photography services or another arrangement may be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

If the service offered does not meet the value of the photography package, the remaining balance may be required.

APPROVAL

Submitting a trade request does not guarantee acceptance.

Kapture Haus reserves the right to accept or decline trade proposals based on current business needs, availability, brand alignment, and the value of the proposed exchange.

All details of the trade must be agreed upon prior to scheduling.

PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT

Once a trade collaboration is approved and scheduled, both parties are expected to honor the agreed-upon date, time, services, and deliverables.

Trade sessions receive the same professional care and expectations as paid Kapture Haus bookings.
